Robert Beattie, his wife Mel and 15-year-old daughter Tash were reportedly sitting in their living room when the car ploughed through a window at the front of the home.
Mr Beattie told the BBC he had to rescue both family members after the incident left them "shocked" and "confused".
A 26-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving.
A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokeswoman said: “We were called to Battenhall Rise in Worcester at around 10.30pm on Friday following reports of a car which had collided with a house.“An ambulance, a paramedic officer and the West Midlands CARE Team attended the scene and found a car which had ended up going through a window at the front of the property.
