A 21 YRS old man 'lives high-life eating and drinking at posh hotels before skipping without paying bills in TWO WEEK spree'

A young Brit allegedly downed high-end booze and food at swanky hotel bars and restaurants in Washington and then skipped out on the bills.
Nick Cooper ordered a $1,200 (£850) glass of 34-year-old Teeling Irish single malt whiskey at one bar before leaving without paying, it was claimed.
The tipple is so exclusive that it is normally kept in a vault with a combination lock, according to police in the US capital.

Cooper, 21, was arrested seven times in March for allegedly skipping out on bills or being drunk in public, and was banned from going near the White House, it's been reported.
On one occasion a Secret Service officer who was monitoring the baby-faced Brit allegedly overheard him making plans to jump the fence protecting President Donald Trump's residence.
Cooper, who is reportedly from Birkenhead, Merseyside, was first arrested by the Secret Service near the White House on March 9 for refusing to to move from the middle of a busy street while drunk, said police.
