Photo: Nigerian Civil Defense Corps seeks information on young lady found wandering along Ondo-Akure road as she refuses to talk to anyone

The young lady pictured is said to have been found wandering along the Ondo-Akure road.
She is currently under the custody of the Nigerian Civil Defense Corp (NCDC) in Ondo State.

So far she hasn't spoken to anyone. It's not clear if she is speech-impaired.
