We
all have a different opinion whether breakfast should be light or heavy,
Before now, I will say am not into having breakfast, I would rather go for
a cup of green tea with a slice of lemon and off I go. Over time, I have come
to realize that having a Nutritious breakfast is important. Breakfast is considered a valuable meal as it breaks the overnight
fasting period replenishes our supply of glucose and provides other essential
nutrients to keep your energy levels up throughout the day.
Am
of the opinion that taking too much heavy breakfast might slow down one
metabolism and need more energy to digest the heavy breakfast. Most people
believe having a heavy breakfast makes them fill full and sluggish. What do you think?
