Anthony Joshua is reminiscing on his journey and also inspiring his fans on how he has been broken so many times but still picked himself up.
Back in June, the British-Nigerian boxer lost his WBA, IBF, WBO and IBO heavyweight titles to Mexican-American boxer, Andy Ruiz Jnr in a bout that stunned the boxing world.
A rematch has been put in place for the pair and it will take place on the 7th of December in Diriyah, Saudi Arabia. Joshua will be hoping to get back his belts when he faces Andy for the second time this year.
Sharing a shirtless photo of himself flaunting his physique, the 29-year-old wrote: 'On my journey, I fell down a couple times but I never fell off .'
