Mariah Carey shared her support of essential workers on the frontlines of the COVID-19 pandemic with a moving performance of her 1993 number-one single Hero.
Before her special performance, which also streamed on Joel Osteen's virtual Easter Sunday service, the five-time Grammy winner introduced her YouTube video by admitting she was just doing her best, without the ability to come together.
'We find ourselves in a unique time in history where we can't celebrate together in person, and I'm grateful that so many of us are staying home and staying safe,' the 50-year-old hitmaker said in the clip on Saturday, while speaking at her home recording studio.
