A video of Fabolous raging bitterly at his babymama Emily Bustamante and her father has surfaced online 

In the video obtained by TMZ, the Brooklyn rapper is seen being held back by his bodyguard while he yells and threatens to shoot Emily and her father. Her dad also blasted back, saying:"That's my motherf***ing daughter, you are a coward." 

The video was shot on Wednesday evening in the driveway of Fab and Emily's Engelwood, NJ home.

10 people die following the collapse of a 4-storey hotel building in India

At least 10 people died and two were injured when a four-storey hotel collapsed in a crowded part of the central Indian city of Indore late on Saturday, a local police official said.  

Rescue operations were complete and no other casualties were likely, assistant sub-inspector Ramesh Kirade told Reuters. While the building was old, the reason for its collapse was not immediately known, Kirade said.

Court gives toughest sentence to slave owners in Mauritania

Two slave owners in Mauritania have been jailed in a country where slavery remains widespread but convictions rare. The sentences of 10 and 20 years are said to be the toughest-ever for the crime in the West African country.  

Slavery was outlawed in 1981 but 1% of the population are still living in bondage, human rights groups say. Black people of certain ethnic groups are often enslaved as domestic workers by lighter-skinned Mauritanians. The country has jailed more anti-slavery activists than slave owners, rights groups say.

Last night, Big Brother Naija housemate, Cee-C sparked a controversy after she ripped off the outfit Payporte brought for her for their weekend party.

The outfits brought for the all the housemates were meant to promote and embrace the Nigerian culture, but Cee-C decided to make a crop top out of the traditional attire. 

She was caught on camera calling the dress 'Nonsense', and also told Payporte to come take their dress that she's not from Calabar, but a proud Igbo girl.

Payporte, the official sponsor of the Big Brother Naija reality show,  has since issued a statement saying its 'very displeased' about comments made by Ceec regarding the outfit given to her.

'PayPorte is very dis-pleased by the comments made by @ceec_official about the outfit given to her. We take out time to style all housemates with respect to the theme of every Saturday party. We consider this a disrespect to our brand and consider this offensive'.

The Oluwo of Iwoland in Osun state, Oba Adbulrasheed Akanbi has reportedly dropped the title of Oba and has adopted the Emir title. Who understands this story? Is this even allowed?

Explaining his reasoning, the Oba yesterday said

“I have decided to officially adopt Emir title today because I want to emulate the attitudes of Northern Emirs.

They don’t begrudge themselves like Yoruba Obas. It will surprise you to discover that for the past two years, there has not been meeting of Yoruba traditional rulers just because of enmities. There is nothing strange in adopting Emir title. .

I am the Emir of Yorubaland,” Oluwo said.

Big Brother brings in new twist to the show as BamBam is evicted on Saturday (Video)

A new twist was introduced into the show as Big Brother Naija housemate, Bam Bam became the latest housemate to be evicted from the 3rd season of the reality show.

Eviction show was supposed to take place on Sunday, but BamBam got evicted just after they had their Weekend party on Saturday.

She was put for eviction alongside Teddy A, Cee-C and Nina.

BamBam has now joined other housemates like Leo, Ifu Enada ,Angel, Ahneeka, Bitto, Princess, Dee-Oneand Vandora who have all been evicted from the show.

Actor, Kevin Rowley commits suicide after suffering from the fear of 'old age'

An actor has taken his own life after he struggled to cope with getting old.

According to UK Metro, 47-year old Kevin Rowley had been renowned by friends as a man ‘with a smile on his face’ but he hid a secret battle with anxiety in which he found it difficult to deal with his 30th and 40th birthdays.

He was found suffocated in bed at his home in Hulme, Manchester, recently.

Couple dies after jumping in front of a moving train hugging each other in UK

A man and his wife have died at a railway station after ‘jumping in front of a train while hugging each other'.

According to Metro UK, horrified witnesses said the two leapt off the platform at Doncaster Railway Stationin front of an oncoming train shortly after 8:00pm on Tuesday. It is believed they bought tickets to get past the barriers at the station. British Transport Police confirmed the deaths and said officers were working to identify the victims.
