Royal bride-to-be Meghan Markle and her mother Doria Ragland arrived at Cliveden House Hotel to spend Meghan's final night as a single woman.

This comes after Doria met Queen Elizabeth for the first time for afternoon tea.

Both mother and daughter were beaming as they got out of the royal range rover to walk into the Berkshire hotel where Meghan, her mother, a group of Meghan's closest friends, her dress designer and hairdresser will spend the night, before Doria accompanies the bride to St George's Chapel as she finally ties the knot with Prince Harry.

Doria brought her quirky style to the royal occasion as she was seen sporting a gold nose stud. Doria, a yoga teacher and social worker, has been described by her daughter as a "free spirit.

The 61-year-old mother of the bride was a natural in front of the camera just like her daughter. She beamed and waved at the waiting crowds as she walked into the hotel beside her daughter. Both women were elegantly dressed and as Meghan walked by, she told royal fans that she felt "wonderful, thank you".
