The teeth nail was created by Russian nail artist Nail Sunny. Nail Sunny has previously created pole-dancing nails, nails depicting Kim Kardashian twerking, and nails with 2017's biggest headlines. But his latest seems to be the most outrageous yet.

To create the look, the nail artist moulds an acrylic into the shape of a tooth, with the ridges and dips of an average molar. The acrylics are then painted a shining white, with one receiving a dab of black polish to look like a cavity in need of a filling.
