"Hot Felon" Jeremy Meeks, 35, and Topshop heiress Chloe Green, 28, have called it quits after two years together.
A source told Us Weekly that the model and heiress "split about two months ago, but are off and on still speaking." The source also said that Green is selling their London home.
News of their break up comes after Green was pictured kissing a mystery man on a yacht in the Mediterranean on Saturday, August 10, 2019.
Meek and Green, who both now share a son, Jayden, were first linked in June 2017 when he was still married to now ex-wife, Melissa Meeks. The exes, who share two kids, finalized their divorce in 2018.
Jeremy Meeks became an internet sensation after his 2014 mugshot went viral. He is now a fashion model.
