Miley Cyrus' family believe her new girlfriend, Kaitlynn Carter is using her for fame

Miley Cyrus' family is reportedly unsure of her romance with Kaitlynn Carter after the end of her marriage to Liam Hemsworth. 

Recall that Miley and Liam confirmed their eight-month marriage was over after photos of the 'Wrecking Ball' singer kissing Kaitlynn during a romantic getaway to Lake Como surfaced. 

On August 10, Cyrus' rep told People in a statement "Liam and Miley have agreed to separate at this time. Ever-evolving, changing as partners and individuals, they have decided this is what's best while they both focus on themselves and careers. They still remain dedicated parents to all of the animals they share while lovingly taking this time apart. Please respect their process and privacy."

However an insider told Radar that Miley Cyrus’ famous family is “skeptical” over her budding romance with the reality show star. It was learnt they they think Kaitlynn is using Miley for fame. 

“Tish doesn’t know what to believe, because she is hearing from Liam that Miley and Kaitlynn were hooking up while they were both married,” a source said. 

“She has to support Miley regardless though, and Miley is now telling her mom they are serious. It is all just way too much, too fast.

“Everyone thinks that Kaitlynn is using her, and it is just a matter of time before Miley sees it!”

This is coming after Brody Jenner was spotted in a PDA session with Josie Canseco, two weeks after announcing his split from Kaitlynn Carter. The pair were all smiles as they walked next to each other and even shared a kiss at one point during the night.

A source told People that they met in New York through Jenner’s Hills costar Frankie Delgado. Putting out a statement after his outing with Canseco on Friday August 16, Jenner described his 30-year-old ex-girlfriend as a “wonderful person”. He admitted that there has been “far too much negativity” directed at her after news of their split broke earlier this month.

“We decided the best move for both of us was to keep our love for each other strong but move forward separately with our lives,” he wrote. “I respect Kaitlynn and care deeply about her. She deserves to be able to move forward in her life with respect and happiness.”
