Obsessed Taylor Swift fan breaks into her home to marry her

An obsessed fan broke into Taylor Swift's home in the early hours of Wednesday August 28, claiming he was at the pop singer's Rhode Island home to marry her. 

The man who had no weapons on him when nabbed, told the cops that he had spoken with Taylor Swift on the phone and was at her home for the wedding. TMZ reported that the obsessed fan was taken in for mental evaluation. 

This isn't the only time strange men have shown up at Taylor Swift's properties. In July, a 32-year-old man was arrested near the singer's house after acting suspicious and carrying around a backpack with a metal bat, gloves, lock picks and a crowbar inside. He allegedly told cops he was there to "catch up with Taylor Swift."

Taylor Swift trashed out a scary stalker issue in 2018 and also suffered a break-in at her Beverly Hills property same year.
