oooh! This photo is total heartbreaking, in as much as I do not concur with what she did. must she be chained and humiliate this way? this is totally unfair. According to the story, she was caught and paraded in chains after she allegedly stole some items including noodles, from an orphanage owned by a church in a community in Anambra State.
"The woman in chains stole some items meant for the Motherless Babies Home from the Church." a witness wrote on Facebook.
