Ingredients: - 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour - 1 teaspoon salt - 1 teaspoon sugar - 2 1/4 teaspoons instant yeast - 1 cup warm water - 2 tablespoons olive oil for the toppings, you can use any of your favourite ingredients such as tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, mushrooms, onions, bell peppers, and olives.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour,
salt, and sugar. In a separate small bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm water and
let it sit for 5 minutes until it becomes foamy. Pour the yeast mixture and olive oil into the
dry ingredients. Stir well until a dough forms. Transfer the dough onto a floured surface and
knead it for about 5 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it
with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm area for about 1 hour or until it
doubles in size. Preheat your oven to
475°F (245°C) and place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat up.
Punch down the dough to release any air
bubbles and divide it into two equal portions for two pizzas. You can also keep
it as one if you prefer a larger pizza. 8. Roll out each portion of dough into
your desired shape and thickness on a lightly floured surface. Transfer the
rolled-out dough onto a piece of parchment paper. Spread tomato sauce or any
other desired sauces onto the dough, leaving a small border. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly
over the sauce.
Add
your desired toppings, such as pepperoni, mushrooms, onions, bell peppers, and
olives. Carefully transfer the pizza
(with the parchment paper) onto the preheated pizza stone or baking sheet. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for about
12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and
melted. 15. Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes
before slicing and serving. Enjoy your homemade pizza!

Feel free to experiment with different toppings and Flavors to create your own
unique pizzas.
