Everyone has their own definition of soft living, for me, Soft living" involves taking things slowly and living with ease. However, many of our days are just the opposite - especially in the morning. We often find ourselves rushing to get ready for work or do a school run as soon as we wake up. The goal of soft living is to relax and take care of your well-being. A soft life allows time for a leisurely stroll, a  bike ride, healthy eating, a leisurely breakfast, and after yoga. Besides cutting down on junk food consumption, "Soft Lifers choose practices such as healthy eating. Priority should be given to setting a standard for ourselves and for others to follow. At first, you might find it difficult, but it will become empowering and you will be able to live a more peaceful life. Instead of chasing what we want, we should attract it. A state of living softly does not necessarily require material possessions or money

Start your day by allowing yourself thirty minutes of alone time before preparing for work. You can have your cup of tea in peace during those thirty minutes, meditate, or just take in the beauty and stillness of the morning, all of which can help you start your day off calmly instead of rushing and chaotically. Throughout the day, you will be surrounded by this calm energy. 

Prioritizing ourselves and our needs in the morning reinforces to us that we are important. In the long run, taking care of our needs is more important than completing our day-to-day responsibilities. In order to fulfil our responsibilities to the best of our abilities, we must prioritize ourselves and take care of ourselves.
