Is a throw back Thursday and am going to drop this here... Am so proud of me..... I made this outfit from start to finish. All self taught

Making this outfit was super fun for me. i  got it wrong several times. I almost sewed my fingers in the process. but guess what?  I refused to give up. honestly, I love the outcome. What do you think?  Do not underestimate your abilities on what you can achieve. when you condition your mind to achieve a particular task. When you are committed and work towards it,  you will surely achieve it. It pays to learn new skills needed to improve in what we do. 

The new year has started how are you influenced by the people around you? Are they influencing you the right way? the truth of the matter is people who don't increase you will surely decrease you. Are you pushing your self to achieve more?  Write down your goals for the new year and work towards it. It is the first step to achieve great things. above all, enjoy the process and believe in the beauty of your dreams.

I am one of those that love a pop of color during winter. why must fashionista like the traditional all-black winter look, I love to add a bit of color or make a statement with a colorful chunky scarf or winter coat. And finish up my look with goggle-like sunglasses to shade my eyes from the cold weather. I  love this level of snug. lol

Do you prefer a heavy or light breakfast ?

We all have a different opinion whether breakfast should be light or heavy, Before now, I will say am not into having breakfast, I would rather go for a cup of green tea with a slice of lemon and off I go. Over time, I have come to realize that having a Nutritious breakfast is important. Breakfast is considered a valuable meal as it breaks the overnight fasting period replenishes our supply of glucose and provides other essential nutrients to keep your energy levels up throughout the day.

Am of the opinion that taking too much heavy breakfast might slow down one metabolism and need more energy to digest the heavy breakfast. Most people believe having a heavy breakfast makes them fill full and sluggish. What do you think?
